Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo have a combined 29 years of restaurant experiences. They have worked with some of the country's top chefs and restaurateurs. Their insatiable appetite for learning has opened many doors for them in their respective careers, allowing them to gain knowledge of the behind the scenes details many chefs and managers do not get to see.
